This recipe for roasted buffalo cauliflower in the air fryer is a total game changer. Even if you don’t like the taste of cauliflower, you will like these because they take on the flavor of buffalo sauce while still having a crispy yet tender bite to them. They are the perfect healthy side for dinner.

You can also serve these babies as an appetizer paired with blue cheese for a perfect low carb appetizer! Air fryer buffalo cauliflower is a little spicy, but my kiddos still managed to enjoy them, although my son did take a sip of milk after each one. Hey, whatever works. I loved them!!

How do you reheat Buffalo cauliflower?

If you want to reheat leftover buffalo cauliflower, your best bet is to use your air fryer! Place them in the air fryer at 360F and heat them until warmed, about 5 minutes. You can also reheat them in the oven or even the microwave (although, they won’t come out as crisp in the microwave).

Does this recipe use bottled buffalo sauce?

Yes. We used bottled buffalo sauce in this recipe. The brand we used is Sweet Baby Rays but we also really like Frank’s Buffalo Sauce. I like to keep it on hand for buffalo chicken and meatballs, too.

I love it because it is a quality tasting buffalo sauce and it’s a shelf stable item I can keep on hand (or stock up on when there is a sale) so I can have buffalo cauliflower, wings, chicken, etc. whenever the craving hits.

Can I use homemade buffalo sauce?

Yes, you can totally make your own homemade buffalo sauce. I have made my own, and this is how I make it:

  1. Start with 1 cup of mild hot sauce
  2. Mix in 1/4 cup melted butter, 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar, and 1 teaspoon Worcestershire.
  3. Use in place of store-bought buffalo sauce.
