I don’t know about you, but my kids get home from school hungry. They have been trying their hardest all day to learn and behave. That can take a lot out of you! Especially if you are an energized kid like my Kindergartner.

She comes home from school hungry most days. She just transitioned to a full day at school, so it has been even more important for me to be prepared with a filling snack! I try to be prepared with a snack on-hand that will fill her up and keep her energized until dinner time.

That’s why I was excited to discover Armour LunchMakers® + Drink. I found mine at Safeway but they are available at HEB, Mejier, and Albertsons, too. I purchased both the Turkey & American Cheese LunchMakers® + Drink and the Pepperoni Pizza LunchMakers® + Drink .

Here is what I love about LunchMakers® + Drink.

  • They come with a build-your-own style box that my kids love.
  • Their sweet treat is actually a fruit bar made with 100% fruit. The drink is a 100% juice box.
  • The package is fully contained – making it easy for on-the-go snacking and lunches.
  • Turkey & American Cheese LunchMakers® + Drink has 8 grams of protein.
  • Pepperoni Pizza LunchMakers® + Drink has 6 grams of protein.

Katelyn decided she wanted to have the Turkey & American Cheese variety, so that’s what we did! Her favorite part was the fruit bar. I can’t blame her, I love a good fruit bar!

After she had her snack, she was energized and ready to burn some of that energy she held onto while in school. I love encouraging her to be outside and play after school. Sometimes we hang out at the park after school and sometimes at home.

Today, we stayed at home, doing her two favorite things:

Swinging

And jumping!

Next time you are at the grocery store, make sure to pick up some Armour LunchMakers® + Drink!
