Air Fryer Bacon

You are going to love this air fryer bacon recipe! Bacon in an air fryer comes out perfectly crisp around the edges with a chewy center. It is so good that you may not want cook bacon any other way again!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 6 slices bacon

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer for 5 minutes prior to cooking bacon.
  • Pour 1 cup water to the bottom of your air fryer.
  • Arrange bacon in an even layer in your air fryer.
  • Set air fryer to 320 degrees for 10 minutes.
  • Flip bacon over using tongs after 5 minutes. Continue cooking.
  • Remove bacon from air fryer and place on a paper towel lined plate to absorb any excess grease.

Notes

  • We used a basket-style air fryer for this recipe. Check your owners manual before adding water to the bottom of your air fryer.
  • For crispier bacon, increase cook time to 12 minutes.
