Air Fryer Breaded Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 thick-cut pork chops
  • 3 large eggs beaten

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 370ºF.
  • In a shallow bowl, mix together Panko, parmesan cheese, salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and black pepper.
    Two bowls, one with beaten eggs and one with panko and spices.
  • Dip pork chops in egg and shake off any excess.
  • Dip egg coated chops in breadcrumb mixture.
  • Dip pork chops once again into egg and then breadcrumbs mixture.
  • Spray inside of air fryer with olive oil.
  • Arrange pork chops in a single layer inside air fryer.
  • Spray tops of pork chops with olive oil.
  • Air fry for 9 minutes, flipping half way through.
    Breaded pork chops inside air fryer.

Notes

Breaded pork chops can be stored in the refrigerator up to 2 days.
