- 1 pound ground beef browned
- 1 16-ounce package Velveeta Cheese cubed
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Gather your ingredients.
Combine the ground beef, Velveeta, milk, macaroni, broth, ketchup, garlic, salt and pepper in the bowl of the crockpot. Stir until fully combined.
Cover and cook on high for 3 hours.

To freeze, be sure it’s cool to the touch and place in a freezer-friendly container. It can be kept in the freezer for up to 3 months.
To reheat it, keep it out to thaw. Set your oven to 350 degrees F and add the leftovers to an oven-safe baking dish. Add 2 tablespoons of milk and mix into the mac and cheese. Bake for about 10 minutes or until heated through.
