Snowman Veggie Tray
It's always tons of fun to come up with thematic desserts for the holiday season, but I am a firm believer in balance! This is where my Snowman Veggie Tray comes to play.

- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 6-ounce can black olives, sliced in half
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- 1 medium carrot
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 package crackers
Break apart the cauliflower florets and create a snowman head.
Trim and peel the carrot to resemble a snowman nose and arrange on the snowman face.
Place two black olives on the cauliflower to create eyes and then use 4 to create a mouth.
Use the remaining olives to create a black hat.
Create a ribbon for the hat and scarf using the sliced red bell peppers.
Arrange the crackers around the outside of the snowman with a small cup of the ranch dressing off to one side of the cracker round.
Serve and enjoy!
