Snowman Veggie Tray

It's always tons of fun to come up with thematic desserts for the holiday season, but I am a firm believer in balance! This is where my Snowman Veggie Tray comes to play.

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 6-ounce can black olives, sliced in half
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 package crackers

Instructions

  • Break apart the cauliflower florets and create a snowman head.

  • Trim and peel the carrot to resemble a snowman nose and arrange on the snowman face.

  • Place two black olives on the cauliflower to create eyes and then use 4 to create a mouth.

  • Use the remaining olives to create a black hat.

  • Create a ribbon for the hat and scarf using the sliced red bell peppers.
  • Arrange the crackers around the outside of the snowman with a small cup of the ranch dressing off to one side of the cracker round.
  • Serve and enjoy!
