- 2 chicken breasts (fresh or frozen)
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Place chicken, chicken broth, salt, and pepper into the bowl of the instant pot electric pressure cooker.
Close lid and set to sealing.
For frozen chicken: cook on high pressure for 30 minutes.
For fresh chicken: cook on high pressure for 20 minutes.
Natural pressure release.
Shred and use in any recipe calling for cooked chicken.
