Korean BBQ Beef
Whip up this quick and easy dinner of Korean BBQ Beef made with sirloin steak and topped with toasted sesame seeds and green onions.

- 1 pound sirloin steak cut into 1/2 inch slices
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 package Passage to Asia Korean BBQ Beef stir-fry sauce
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Pour in the sliced sirloin steak and sear, flipping once. This should take 2-3 minutes.
Drain the fat and mix in the Passage to Asia Korean BBQ stir-fry sauce.
Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to a simmer.
Let cook for another 3-5 minutes, until the steak is cooked through.
Mix in the toasted sesame seeds and turn off the heat.
Top with sliced green onions.
Serve with jasmine rice (optional).
