Turkey Veggie Tray

Gobble, gobble! This Turkey Veggie Tray is absolutely adorable! The assortment of vegetables gives the tray bursts of beautiful color – safe to say that it’s perfect for any Thanksgiving tablescape!

Equipment

  • 1 small bowl
  • 1 large serving tray

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 Yellow Pepper
  • 1 8-ounce bag snap peas
  • 1 12-ounce bag baby carrots
  • 2 tablespoons candy eyes
  • 2 cups ranch dressing

Instructions

  • Slice the veggies into bite sized pieces.

  • Pour ranch into a bowl and place in center of serving tray.
  • Line the snap peas around the edge of the tray to act as turkey feathers.

  • Arrange carrots inside snap peas for a second layer of feathers.

  • Place bell peppers inside layer of carrots.

  • Finally, add sliced cucumbers to the center of the turkey shape.

  • Place the end of the red pepper into the dipping sauce to create a turkey body.
  • Place two candy eyes on top.

  • Slice a baby carrot in half vertically and place the carrots onto the dipping sauce to create legs.

Notes

This tray can be prepared ahead of time. Omit the turkey face from the dipping sauce until ready to serve. Store in the refrigerator until it's time to serve the veggie tray.
