Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken

All you need is four simple ingredients and your trusty air fryer to make a batch of delicious Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken. Every bite is bursting with the tastiest buffalo and ranch flavor – so much of it, in fact, that your dinner guests will be begging for seconds!

Ingredients

  • 6 drumsticks
  • 1/2 ranch packet
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1 stick butter melted

Instructions

  • Make sure drumsticks are as dry as can be by patting them down with a towel.
  • Coat each drumstick in butter.
  • Place drumsticks on air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  • Cook at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
  • While drumsticks are cooking, mix 1/2 packet ranch into the 1 cup buffalo sauce.
  • Remove from air fryer and coat drumsticks in ranch/buffalo mixture.
  • Place back in air fryer for another 10 minutes.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

To reheat, set your air fryer to 365 degrees and bake for about 6-8 minutes, flipping them over at the halftime point.
