- 1 pound broccoli cut into florets
- 1 head garlic peeled
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and set aside.
In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets, garlic, olive, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Spread the broccoli and garlic in an even layer on the baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until garlic is browned and broccoli is slightly chared on the edges. Stir half way through.
Serve hot.
