Roasted Broccoli with Garlic Recipe

Roasted broccoli with garlic is an easy and flavorful way to make garlic in the oven. The broccoli comes to perfectly crispy while the roasted garlic comes out mild and sweet.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound broccoli cut into florets
  • 1 head garlic peeled
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets, garlic, olive, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Spread the broccoli and garlic in an even layer on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, until garlic is browned and broccoli is slightly chared on the edges. Stir half way through.
  • Serve hot.
