Ingredients

  • 2 12-ounce cans Cinnamon rolls
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Combine melted butter and cream in a medium mixing bowl.
  • Whisk in the eggs.
  • Add the vanilla and cinnamon and mix well.
  • Open the packages of cinnamon rolls. Cut each piece into quarters and set the icing aside.
  • Arrange the cinnamon roll pieces in the bottom of your crockpot.
  • Pour the egg mixture on top.
  • Close the lid and cook on low for 3 hours.
  • Remove the lid and drizzle the icing on top.
  • Serve.
