- 4 Gardein Seven Grain Crispy Tenders
- 1 5-ounce bag mixed greens
- 1/2 red onion sliced
- 1/2 green apple cut into strips
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles or vegan blue cheese
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup walnut pieces
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinaigrette
Preheat oven to 430°F.
Line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or foil.
Place crispy tenders on baking sheet and bake in oven for 18 minutes, flipping after 9 minutes.
Combine the mixed greens, onion, apple, blue cheese, cranberries and walnuts in a large bowl. Toss to mix.
Seperate salad into two bowls, drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and top with crispy tenders.
