Air Fryer Pop Tarts Recipe

- 2 pre-made pie crusts
- 1 cup grape or strawberry jelly
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 cup vanilla icing
- 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles
Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
Roll out the pie crusts and cut out 3 inch rectangles. Divide the rectangles in half.
Place a teaspoon of jelly in the center of half of the rectangles.
Place the remaining rectangles on top of the jelly filled ones.
Press the edges together with the tines of a fork.
In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and water to make an egg wash.
Brush the egg wash over the top of each pop tart.
Place pop tarts inside air fryer, spaced apart. (you may need to work in batches)
Air fry for 5-8 minutes, just until they start to get golden brown around the edges. Make sure to check them often as they can burn quickly.
Remove pop tarts from air fryer and immediatley spread icing on top.
Top with sprinkles.
Serve and enjoy!
