- 3 pounds chicken wings
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup garlic parmesan sauce
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Pat chicken wings dry and arrange in a single layer on a sheet pan.
Brush chicken with olive oil.
Sprinkle chicken wings with salt and pepper.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Remove from oven and brush buffalo sauce on 1/3 of chicken wings, BBQ sauce on 1/3 of chicken wings, and garlic parmesan sauce on 1/3 of chicken wings.
Set oven to broil.
Place chicken wings back in oven and broil just until sauce begins to thicken, about 5 mintues. Check frequently to make sure they do not burn.
