Baked Chicken Wings Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup garlic parmesan sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Pat chicken wings dry and arrange in a single layer on a sheet pan.

  • Brush chicken with olive oil.

  • Sprinkle chicken wings with salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 40 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and brush buffalo sauce on 1/3 of chicken wings, BBQ sauce on 1/3 of chicken wings, and garlic parmesan sauce on 1/3 of chicken wings.

  • Set oven to broil.
  • Place chicken wings back in oven and broil just until sauce begins to thicken, about 5 mintues. Check frequently to make sure they do not burn.
