Raw chicken wings lined up on a plate and sprinkled with cajun seasoning.
  • Let the chicken rest with the seasoning for at least 15 minutes but up to 2 hours.
Dry rubbed wings arranged in three air fryer trays.
  • Place the chicken wing inside the air fryer and cook for 30 minutes.
  • Raise the heat to 400°F. Cook for an additional 5 minutes to crisp up the skin.
  • Check the internal temperature of the chicken to make sure it is at least 165°F. if not, continue cooking for a few more minutes and then check again.
  • Once ready, remove chicken from the air fryer and serve immediately with blue cheese dressing.

Notes

Make sure to dry the wings really well before rubbing them with the seasoning. This helps them get extra crispy!
If the seasoning doesnt want to stick to the chicken, rub the chicken with olive oil and then rub on the seasoning.
Don't skip letting the chicken rest after being seasoned. It helps deepen the flavor.
