How to Cook Frozen Chicken Breast in the Instant Pot
This simple recipe for frozen chicken uses just two basic ingredients. The juicy chicken can be enjoyed on its own or added to another recipe that requires cooked chicken.

- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts frozen
- 1 cup chicken broth
Combine the frozen chicken breasts and chicken broth inside the pot of your instant pot.
Close the lid and set the pressure release valve to sealing.
Press the pressure cook button and set the cooking time to 25 minutes.
Let the chicken cook and allow the pressure cooker to do a natural release.
Remove lid, take out chicken, and enjoy.
A cup of water can be substituted for the chicken broth if needed.
I prefer to add seasoning after the chicken cooks. Salt and pepper to taste is perfect.
You do not want to use a quick release for chicken as it will suck out the moisture.
