- 4 large bananas
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Vanilla ice cream optional
Slice bananas 1/2 inch thick
In a medium sauce pan, combine the maple syrup, butter, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
Cook and stir over medium heat until the butter is melted and begins to bubble.
Mix in the bananas and cook another 60 seconds.
