- 2.5 pounds russet potatoes peeled
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup warm milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 5 cloves garlic minced
Pour potatoes, broth, and salt inside Instant Pot.
Close lid and set pressure release to sealing.
Press manual or pressure cook button and set to 8 minutes.
Quick release pressure.
Remove lid and drain broth.
Mash potatoes with a potato masher.
Pour in milk and mix.
Mix in butter until melted.
Fold in minced garlic.
Serve warm and refrigerate leftovers.
