Ingredients
1poundBrussels sproutshalved
2slicesthick-cut baconchopped
3tablespoonsolive oil
2tablespoonsmaple syrup
1teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees.
Combine brussels sprouts and bacon in a medium bowl.
Whisk together olive oil, maple syrup, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Pour the oil mixture over the brussels sprouts and mix until fully coated.
Arrange brussels sprouts in basket or tray of air fryer.
Cook for 12-15 minutes, until sprouts are crispy and bacon is fully cooked. Shake twice during cooking.
Notes
Look for small to medium-sized brussels sprouts that are firm and not squishy. Large sprouts tend to have less flavor. The sprouts should be bright in color with tightly packed leaves. Avoid sprouts with yellowing leaves or a browning stem.
