- 20 oz Bag Frozen Cheese Ravioli
- 2 Cups Seasoned Panko Bread Crumbs
- 2 Eggs whisked
- 1 cup Marinara Sauce
- Cooking Spray
Preheat the air fryer to 350ºF. Coat the frozen ravioli in egg. Make sure it is evenly coated on both sides. Gently shake the ravioli to drip off any egg.
Roll the ravioli in the breadcrumbs.
Arrange ravioli inside the air fryer, spaced 1/2-inch apart. Spray with olive oil. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, just until golden brown. Serve with marinara sauce.
This recipe calls for frozen ravioli. If using fresh ravioli, prepare the recipe according to the directions, and air fry for a little less time: about 13 to 15 minutes.
Make sure the ravioli are spaced out in the air fryer. Work in batches if needed. The space between each ravioli should be at least 1/2 inch. This allows the hot air to circulate around the ravioli and gives them that crispy crunch.
All air fryers cook at a slightly different rate. Keep an eye on the ravioli the first time you make it and pull it out as soon as it turns golden brown. If you let them cook too long, the cheese will start to leak out. The recipe calls for 20 minutes (for frozen) but may finish in as little as 16-18 minutes.
