4medium red bell peppers
1poundground beef
1cupcooked white rice
1cuptomato sauce
1tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
1tablespoonItalian seasoning
1teaspoongarlic salt
1/2teaspoononion powder
1/8teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
Slice the tops of the bell peppers off and remove the seeds from inside the pepper.
In a medium bowl, mix together the ground beef, cooked rice, tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic salt, onion powder, and black pepper.
Spoon the beef mixture into each pepper, filling to the brim.
Carefully placed stuffed peppers inside the air fryer.
Air fry for 15 minutes, or until ground beef is cooked completely.
Notes
If desired, cheese can be sprinkled on top of the peppers during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
