Ingredients

  • 4 medium red bell peppers
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
  • Slice the tops of the bell peppers off and remove the seeds from inside the pepper.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the ground beef, cooked rice, tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic salt, onion powder, and black pepper.
  • Spoon the beef mixture into each pepper, filling to the brim.

  • Air fry for 15 minutes, or until ground beef is cooked completely.

Notes

If desired, cheese can be sprinkled on top of the peppers during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
