Instructions
Peel and chop the potatoes into 1-inch chunks.
Peel and roughly chop the onion.
Slice the sausage into 1/2 inch rounds.
Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker.

Serve, topped with green onions and a dollap of sour cream, if desired.
