Seasonings used for Crockpot Sausage Recipes
The Cajun seasoning I used comes in a jar from McCormick. I believe you can also purchase it in smaller packets if you don’t want an entire jar of Cajun seasoning. I was excited to find the jar of Cajun seasoning so I have an excuse to experiment with the flavor in other recipes. I also created a Cajun chicken pasta recipe you may like.

- 3 pounds russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 1/2 pounds andouillie sausage
- 1 medium sweet yellow onion, chopped
- 1 10 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker.
- Cook on LOW 7-8 hours.
