I love a good crockpot recipe, don’t you? Now that we have a third baby in the house (and I’m running out of freezer meals), I have been depending a lot more on my slow cooker to get us all fed during the witching hour.
This recipe for crockpot Cajun sausage and potatoes is great because all you do is dump everything in the crockpot and walk away. The prep work takes 10 minutes, tops. At the end of the day, you’re welcomed with a warm and satisfying meal.

The Cajun seasoning I used is in a jar from McCormick. I believe you can also purchase it in smaller packets if you don’t want an entire jar of Cajun seasoning. I was excited to find the jar of Cajun seasoning so I have an excuse to experiment with the flavor in other recipes. Stay tuned for a delicious Cajun pasta recipe coming next week!
