Ingredients

  • 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/3 cup chicken broth
  • 1 lemon juiced and zested
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter cubed

Instructions

  • Place chicken thighs inside of crockpot.

  • Mix together broth and lemon juice. Pour over chicken.
  • Sprinkle chicken with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, black pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
  • Top chicken with lemon zest, minced garlic, and cubed butter.
