Equipment

  • JELL-O Vanilla Instant Pudding & Pie Filling, 3.4 oz
  • Pyrex 8 Inch Square Baking Dish with Red Lid
  • M&M'S Cupid's Mix Milk Chocolate Valentine's Day Candy, 10-Ounce Bag
  • Betty Crocker Super Moist Yellow Cake Mix, 15.25 oz

Ingredients

  • 1 15-ounce box yellow cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup valentine’s M&Ms
  • 1 3.4-ounce package vanilla pudding
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter melted

Instructions

  • Preheat oven 325 degrees. Grease an 8x8 square baking dish and set aside.
  • Combine cake mix, pudding, eggs, and melted butter in a large bowl.
    Cake mix in a glass bowl surrounded by dishes of melted butter, pudding mix, and cupid mix M&Ms.
  • Mix well.
  • Let sit for a minute to let butter you mixed into the batter reach a cooler temperature and then add M&M’s! If you do not wait, the chocolate will melt.

  • Pour batter into the prepared pan.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  • Cut into squares, serve, and enjoy!

Notes

Cake mix cookie bars may be store in an air tight container at room temperature, up to 3 days.
