Pulled Pork Nachos Recipe

- 1 3-pound pork roast
- 1 8-ounce can Coca Cola
- 1 13-ounce bag tortilla chips
- 3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 medium red onion diced
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
Place pork roast in crockpot.
Top with can of Coca Cola.
Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.
Drain and shred pork with two forks.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Spread tortilla chips out on a sheet pan.
Sprinkle with cheese and chopped red onion.
Top the chips with shredded pulled pork.
Squeeze bbq sauce on top of the nachos and place in the preheated oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serve with sour cream and enjoy!
