4th of July Marshmallow Pops Recipe

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 10 paper straws cut in half
  • 20 marshmallows
  • 1 package red candy melts
  • 1 container red white, and blue sprinkles
  • 2 pieces black licorice cut into 20 small pieces

Instructions

  • Start by inserting havled straws into the bottom of each marshmallow.
  • Cut a small slit in the top of each marshmallow (opposite side of the straw).
  • Melt red candy melts according to package directions.
  • Dip each marshmallow into the red candy melts.
  • Immediately coat the bottom part of the marshmallow (the side with the straw) with patriotic sprinkles
  • Place one small piece of black licorice in the top of each marshmallow - where the slit was cut.
  • Arrange dipped marshmallows on wax paper to cool. 
  • Once completely cooled, serve and enjoy!
