Ingredients

  • 1 box spice cake mix
  • 1 15-ounce can pure pumpkin

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 370°F.
  • Combine spice cake mix and pumpkin in a large mixing bowl.
    A bowl with pumpkin and spice cake mix in it.
  • Mix well.
    A bowl of cake mix and pumpkin mixed together.
  • Scoop muffin batter into foil or silicone muffin cups. Fill 3/4 of the way full.
    4 filled muffin cups ready to go in the air fryer.
  • Carefully place filled muffin cups inside air fryer.
  • Air fry for 15 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean.
  • Serve and enjoy.

Notes

Silicone, paper, or foil muffin cups can be used. A silicone egg mold can also be used.
