Air Fryer Red Potatoes Recipe

Air fryer red potatoes are perfectly crispy baby red potatoes air fried with just a little bit of oil and the perfect blend of seasonings! If you like roasted red potatoes, you are going to LOVE this air fryer version!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound baby red potatoes quartered
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  • Combine potatoes and oil in a large mixing bowl.
  • Mix well, until potatoes are evenly coated with oil.
  • Add salt, garlic powder, thyme, and rosemary to the bowl of potatoes. Stir again, until seasonings are evenly distributed on potatoes.
  • Place potatoes inside the air fryer and air fry for 10 minutes.
  • Stir potatoes and cook an additional 10 minutes, or until crispy and fork tender.

Notes

For best results, enjoy these potatoes as soon as possible. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge. However, they will lose their crispiness. To reheat, warm in the air fryer at 300°F.
