- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8 1/2-inch think slices Brioche bread
Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
In a medium shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, half and half, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
Dip each slice of bread in the egg mixture and turn to coat.
Shake off any excess moisture and set bread aside on a plate.
Spray inside of air fryer with non-stick spray and arrange soaked bread in a single layer (you may need to work in batches).
Air fry for 8 minutes, flipping half-way through.
Serve topped with powdered sugar or pure maple syrup.
If you can't get your hands on brioche, you can substitute with most other types of breads. Whole wheat, sourdough, and even hot dog buns work in this recipe.
The half and half can be replaced with almond milk, soy milk, or non-fat cow milk.
Leftovers may be stored in the refirgerator up to 5 days and in the freezer up to 3 months.
