Air Fryer Stuffed Mushrooms
These Air Fryer Stuffed Mushrooms are filled with ground pork and a generous amount of parmesan and cream cheese. With every bite, you get some cheesy goodness, mixed with ground pork that has been seasoned to perfection. They are genius!

- 1/2 pound baby mushrooms
- 1/2 pound pork sausage cooked
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese divided
- 4 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preheat air fryer to 390ºF.
Wash mushrooms well and remove stems. Set stems aside.
In the bowl of a food processor, combine stems, cooked sausage, 1/8 cup Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, garlic, and salt. Process until finely chopped, 20 seconds.
Use a spoon to fill each baby mushroom with prepared filling.
Sprinkle the top of each filled mushroom with remaining 1/8 cup Parmesan cheese.
Working in batches, carefully place stuffed mushrooms inside air fryer in a single layer.
Spray the tops of each mushroom with oil.
Air fry for 8 minutes, until tender and golden brown.
Serve and enjoy!
When storing leftovers, be sure they are cooled down completely. Place in an airtight container and refrigerate for 3 to 5 days.
If you decide to freeze them, be sure to freeze them for up to 3 months. When preparing from the freezer, have them thaw out completely. Set the air fryer to 350 degrees and reheat for about 10 minutes or until completely heated through.
