Asian Shredded Chicken Lettuce Wraps Recipe

Equipment

  • La Choy Chow Mein Noodles, 5 Ounce, 12 Pack
  • P.F. Chang’s Home Menu Teriyaki Sauce, 14 Ounce

Ingredients

  • 2 cups leftover rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 1/2 cup crunchy chow mein noodles
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce we recommend P.F. Chang's Home Menu Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1/4 cup roasted and salted cashews chopped
  • 4 large leaves romaine lettuce

Instructions

  • Arrange each lettuce leaf on a flat surface or plate.
  • Add 1/2 cup chicken to each lettuce leaf.
