Cooking with frozen chicken breast
I like to keep a Costco-sized bag of frozen chicken breasts in my freezer at all time. You can use frozen chicken breast in place of fresh chicken breast in any dump and press start type of recipes.
My general rule of thumb is to increase the cooking time by 50% if using frozen. Some recipe developers state that the cooking time does not need to increase because the pressure cooker will simply take longer to pressurize with frozen chicken.

I have not found this to be the case. I have tested instant pot chicken breast recipes using frozen chicken and kept the cooking time the same. And I ended up with raw chicken.
