It’s Howl-O-Ween time at Great Wolf Lodge! This is a great time to go on a mini getaway with your family and check off all of those Halloween fun off of your list! Thank you to Great Wolf Lodge for hosting our family this past week!
Halloween Celebrations at Great Wolf Lodge
There are so many fun extras offered at Great Wolf Lodge during the month of October! During our stay, we enjoyed a Monster Bash Dance Party (with special guests tWitch and Allison!) They even taught us all a brand new TikTok dance. It was fun for the whole family.
We also did Halloween themed arts and crafts, went trick or treating, and enjoyed lots of fun Halloween decorations!

On our second day at the hotel, we got to go into the water park early to enjoy their floating pumpkin patch. The kids got to swim out and pick their pumpkin and then decorate their pumpkins before bringing them home.
More fun at Great Wolf Lodge
In addition to the Halloween fun, Great Wolf Lodge always offers their amazing water park. It has several large waterslides along with a wave pool, lazy river, smaller waterslides, and a baby/toddler splash pad area. I love that it’s indoor and we can visit any time of year.
Aside from the waterpark, they have many additional activities to keep the kiddos busy. They have: mini golf, ropes course, bowling, mining, arcade, Build-A-Bear, and MagiQuest. There was so much to do, we could have easily stayed another night.
The hotel also had several restaurants. We ate at Buckets Incredible Craveables, Dunkin Donuts, and Wood’s End Creamery. I found all of the food to be tasty and not overpriced. This is especially important for us because we have 4 kiddos to feed!
If you’re looking for a fun vacation with the family, than Great Wolf Lodge is a great option! We stayed at the GWL in Northern California (Manteca, CA), but they have locations scattered throughout the US.
