Instant Pot Corn on the Cob
I love making simple sides like corn on the cob in my instant pot. It’s just so easy to do and takes very minimal prep work on my part.
I love that I can throw them in there and then forget about them until it’s time to serve dinner. It doesn’t even really matter if I release the pressure right away because they will just sit in the pressure cooker and stay perfectly warm until we are ready to eat them.
Other simple instant pot side dishes I have shared are instant pot garlic mashed potatoes, instant pot baked beans, and Instant Pot Cilantro Lime Cauliflower Rice.
How many ears of corn can I cook?
You can cook as little as one ear of corn or as many as 8 ears of corn (when using an 8 quart).
Corn on the cob can be cooked in any size instant pot, just make sure they fit inside your pot and don’t go above the max fill line. The rest of the ingredients and cook time stay the same, regardless of the amount of corn being cooked.
