I love rice with so many dishes, burritos, tacos, chicken curry, even stuffed peppers. Lately, I have been replacing rice with cauliflower rice as much as possible. Not only does it taste great and have almost the same texture as rice, but it’s a lot healthier, too.
What does cauliflower rice taste like?
It tastes very plain on it’s own – just like rice! That’s the beauty of using cauliflower rice in place of rice. It takes on whatever flavors you add to it. This recipe adds cilantro and lime, so it comes out tasting like those flavors! i also love making cauliflower rice with a little bit of soy sauce.
