Make these simple and elegant pear and goat cheese appetizers. They are ready in minutes and use just three simple yet delicious ingredients. 

Ingredients

  • 12 Triscuit Crackers
  • 4 ounces honey goat cheese
  • 2 pears

Instructions

  1. Spread the honey goat cheese on top of each Triscuit cracker.
  2. Slice up the pears into thin slices and arrange on top of the goat cheese covered Triscuit crackers.
  3. Serve immediately.

Notes

It's best not to make these goat cheese appetizers ahead of time as they could get soggy.
