  2. 1 package Passage to Asia Korean BBQ Beef stir-fry sauce
  3. Olive Oil
  4. Toasted Sesame Seeds
  5. Green Onions

Whip up this quick and easy dinner of Korean BBQ Beef made with sirloin steak and topped with toasted sesame seeds and green onions.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound sirloin steak cut into 1/2 inch slices
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 package Passage to Asia Korean BBQ Beef stir-fry sauce
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions

Instructions
 

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
  • Pour in the sliced sirloin steak and sear, flipping once. This should take 2-3 minutes.
  • Drain the fat and mix in the Passage to Asia Korean BBQ stir-fry sauce.
  • Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to a simmer. 
  • Let cook for another 3-5 minutes, until the steak is cooked through.
  • Mix in the toasted sesame seeds and turn off the heat. 
  • Top with sliced green onions.
  • Serve with jasmine rice (optional).
