They are a simple cereal bar recipe using seasonal Peeps cereal that is fun and colorful. They are the perfect treat for a spring or Easter pot-luck, or just to surprise your kids on an ordinary Sunday night.

Easter Cereal Bars Recipe
Make these yummy Peeps Cereal Bars as a festive Easter treat! They cook in 10 minutes, using just 3 ingredients.
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons salted butter
- 1 10-ounce bag marshmallows
- 4 cups Peeps cereal
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 square baking dish with non-stick cooking spray or parchment paper. Set aside.
- Melt butter in a large sauce pan over low heat.
- Add marshmallows, stirring constantly, until marshmallows are completely melted.
- Slowly mix in the Peeps cereal, until evenly coated with the marshamllow mixture.
- Use a spatula to scoop the cereal mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Press down with the saptula or piece of wax paper, until the cereal bars are evenly flattened.
- Let cool 10 minutes.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an air-tight container at room temperature, up to 3 days.
