I love a fun hack that both makes a yummy treat and also comes out festive for a holiday. These no-bake cereal bars check both of these boxes!

They are a simple cereal bar recipe using seasonal Peeps cereal that is fun and colorful. They are the perfect treat for a spring or Easter pot-luck, or just to surprise your kids on an ordinary Sunday night.

Easter Cereal Bars Recipe
Make these yummy Peeps Cereal Bars as a festive Easter treat! They cook in 10 minutes, using just 3 ingredients.
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons salted butter
- 1 10-ounce bag marshmallows
- 4 cups Peeps cereal
Instructions

Line an 8×8 square baking dish with non-stick cooking spray or parchment paper. Set aside.

Melt butter in a large sauce pan over low heat.

Add marshmallows, stirring constantly, until marshmallows are completely melted.

Slowly mix in the Peeps cereal, until evenly coated with the marshamllow mixture.

Use a spatula to scoop the cereal mixture into the prepared baking dish.

Press down with the saptula or piece of wax paper, until the cereal bars are evenly flattened.

Let cool 10 minutes.

Cut into squares and serve.
Recipe Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an air-tight container at room temperature, up to 3 days.
