Do you put a dry rub on wings before or after cooking?

Always add the dry rub or seasoning before cooking chicken wings. They act as the main flavor enhancer of the chicken.

If you like Cajun flavoring but don’t want it as spicy, try replacing the Cajun seasoning with Creole seasoning.

How do you get seasoning to stick to chicken wings?

If the dry seasoning doesn’t want to stick to the wings, rub the chicken wings with a little bit of olive oil and then try rubbing the seasoning on the chicken.

If the seasoning doesnt want to stick to the chicken, rub the chicken with olive oil and then rub on the seasoning.
Don't skip letting the chicken rest after being seasoned. It helps deepen the flavor.
