How to make air fryer pop tarts?
- Start by cutting up two sheets of pre-made pie crust into 3-inch rectangles.
- Fill half of the rectangles with a teaspoon of jelly.
- Top the jelly filled pie crusts with the remaining crusts.
- Press the edges together with the tines of a fork.
- Brush an egg wash over each pop tart.
- Air fry pop tarts for 5-8 minutes at 375ºF until they turn golden brown around the edges. (be careful, they burn easily)
- Remove pop tarts from air fryer and spread vanilla icing and sprinkles on top.
- Serve and enjoy!

Air Fryer Pop Tarts Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 pre-made pie crusts
- 1 cup grape or strawberry jelly
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 cup vanilla icing
- 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Roll out the pie crusts and cut out 3 inch rectangles. Divide the rectangles in half.
- Place a teaspoon of jelly in the center of half of the rectangles.
- Place the remaining rectangles on top of the jelly filled ones.
- Press the edges together with the tines of a fork.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and water to make an egg wash.
- Brush the egg wash over the top of each pop tart.
- Place pop tarts inside air fryer, spaced apart. (you may need to work in batches)
- Air fry for 5-8 minutes, just until they start to get golden brown around the edges. Make sure to check them often as they can burn quickly.
- Remove pop tarts from air fryer and immediatley spread icing on top.
- Top with sprinkles.
- Serve and enjoy!
