Cranberry Baked Brie
Ingredients
- 1 98- ounce) soft-ripend brie cheese wheel
- 1/3 cup whole cranberry sauce
- 1 sprig Fresh Rosemary
- 1 loaf French bread sliced
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Carefully cut the top off the brie wheel and place it in a small round oven safe dish.
- Bake the brie for 8-10 minutes, until melted. (It should be stirrable).
- Mix the cranberry sauce into the melted brie.
- Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and serve with sliced bread.
