When I made this recipe for the first time, my two older kids drank their tropical smoothies with dinner. I served them with straws and a slice of pineapple. They loved it!

- 1 11.5 oz package Mori-Nu Silken Tofu, Extra Firm
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 cup coconut milk
- Remove Mori-Nu Extra Firm Silken Tofu from package and place in blender.
- Add banana, frozen pineapple, frozen mango, and honey.
- Pour coconut milk over tofu, fruit, and honey.
- Blend until smooth.
