Here is what you need to make Korean BBQ Beef
- 1 pound Sirloin Steak
- 1 package Passage to Asia Korean BBQ Beef stir-fry sauce
- Olive Oil
- Toasted Sesame Seeds
- Green Onions

Korean BBQ Beef
Ingredients
- 1 pound sirloin steak cut into 1/2 inch slices
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 package Passage to Asia Korean BBQ Beef stir-fry sauce
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
- Pour in the sliced sirloin steak and sear, flipping once. This should take 2-3 minutes.
- Drain the fat and mix in the Passage to Asia Korean BBQ stir-fry sauce.
- Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to a simmer.
- Let cook for another 3-5 minutes, until the steak is cooked through.
- Mix in the toasted sesame seeds and turn off the heat.
- Top with sliced green onions.
- Serve with jasmine rice (optional).
