- 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
- 1 lemon juiced and zested
- 1 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter cubed
Instructions
- Place chicken thighs inside of crockpot.
- Mix together broth and lemon juice. Pour over chicken.
- Sprinkle chicken with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, black pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
- Top chicken with lemon zest, minced garlic, and cubed butter.
