Sheet pan chicken and potatoes is an easy one-pan baked chicken recipe. You are going to love how quick and easy it is to make with very little clean-up!
I love an easy chicken dinner. Some of my favorites are Instant Pot Chicken Fajitas, Baked Chicken Caprese, instant pot Hawaiian chicken, one pan baked teriyaki chicken and pineapple, and creamy pesto chicken.
If you want to pair this with an extra side dish I recommend Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts. They are delicious!
Can I bake chicken and potatoes at the same time?
Yes. It is best to use bone-in chicken when baking it next to the chicken so it doesn’t get dried out. We use chicken drumsticks in this recipe but you could also use a combination of bone-in chicken thighs and drumsticks. We also love making steak fajitas on a sheet pan.
