- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup carrots
- 1/4 cup pecans chopped
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup raisins
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Grease and line a loaf pan. Set aside.
- Combine the bananas, greek yogurt, and egg in a large bowl. Mix well.
- Pour the sugar into the banana mixture and stir until fully combined.
- In a small bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and stir until just blended.
- Fold in the carrots, pecans, coconut, and raisons.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and tap or shake the pan on the counter to smooth down to an even layer.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
